1):all links build for me would be anchor text or raw URL?
90% of them would be anchor text. 2 or 3 of them would be raw URL in order to diversify the type of backlinks.

2): the backlinks build for me are all from edu sites?
Most of them are from edu sites. In order to make this a better deal, we will build 2 or 3 backlinks for you from foreign gov websites. In my mind, gov links will pass even more authority to your sites.

3): do those sites have high PR?
The root domains have very high PR – PR 6 - PR 9, but on page PR would be understandably low. However, in this package I have sites with root domain of PR6 and on-page domain of PR4. Just imagine how powerful it is.

4): how many people would have access to one package?

5): what is the turn around time?
